Can a Factory Claim Certification When Only Its Fabric Supplier Is Certified?
A supplier's certification does not automatically certify the factory or finished garment.
Verification must match the claim, material, production site, and relevant supply-chain stage. Check the issuer, current validity, scope, and supporting transaction records where applicable; a genuine document can still be irrelevant to the particular product or shipment the brand intends to describe in its marketing. State only the scope actually supported.
